It’s official, we are now paperless! The paper charts are gone and hello to HIPAA compliant patient dental software. We updated the entire office including the lobby, office spaces, and operatories. Dr. Greene, his fiance, and kiddos have stayed many weekends and nights working to transform the office. We want to make the atmosphere relaxing, calm, and efficient. We now have two checkout counters and additional workspaces in the front office. The wallpaper was removed and the walls painted. Dr. Greene helped to install the cabinets and lighting.
Remodeling the building isn’t the only change, we’re also incorporating a “spa-like” environment. Our treatment chairs are massage chairs, warm blankets, games for the kids, TV in the operatory rooms, and patients can relax during treatment while listening to their choice of music with noise-canceling headphones. We know that no one wants to get a root canal but our goal is to make the experience less scary and even a bit enjoyable!
The remodeling process was a lot of work but definitely worth it! We’re excited for our patients to see the transformation!
Dr. Greene is an amazing dental specialist! I had just had a root canal procedure done 2 days ago and it was by far the best experience I’ve had in any office before. They keep the lobby cozy for waiting family with complimentary refreshments and they give the patients something called a Comfort Menu where you chose what will most likely ease your anxiety while your getting work done in the back. Although I was sedated I do remember Dr. Greene asking if I’m okay and assured that I felt zero pain during my procedure. I highly recommend Greene Endodontics for any dental work done as for myself in the future as well! Thank you Dr. Greene for your awesome services.
