Office Manager

As an Office Manager, I strive to make your visit easy and effortless. From the first greeting to the final meeting, I promise you have never experienced such premium care before. I make sure daily operations in the office run smoothly and according to procedures and protocols. Our number one focus is providing the “wow” experience for our patients and referring offices.  We know that excellent service does not simply come from a friendly smile or an easy appointment. It results from truly understanding our patients’ needs and putting the right guidelines and customer service standards in place, so we can exceed their expectations. When a practice puts the patient at its core—empowering its people and unifying its processes—outstanding customer service becomes possible on a consistent basis.

 

At Greene Endodontics, we believe leadership is not defined by your title, but by your actions. My main office duties are measuring dental care quality, solving patient issues, supervising the processing of dental claims, implementing marketing campaigns, ordering supplies, storing patient data, monitoring the computer system, assisting team members, making sure the office has a pleasant appearance, and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations. My favorite aspect of my job is taking care of our patients by checking into benefits, finding appointment times, and answering questions. I enjoy working at Greene Endodontics because we all work as a team and we all share the same drive to offer the highest quality care that anyone can provide.

 

In addition, my background as a web designer and internet marketing has provided me with the skill set needed for keeping the practice on the cutting edge.. My expertise lies in successfully conceptualizing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives—including both digital and traditional media channels.  I possess a deep understanding of product development/distribution, advertising, market research, and social media management. Our marketing team has a passion for discovering new ideas and trends and our goal is to differentiate and elevate our practice to become a provider of choice.

 

I am married to Dr. Greene and we have four children.  We enjoy working together and share the commitment to quality service to our patients and referring offices.  In our free time, we enjoy sporting events, traveling, camping, and boating. We look forward to meeting you and helping you with your endodontic treatment.

I had to have a Root Canal and I heard a bunch of horror stories from others who had one done. My Regular dentist sent me to Ryan Greene and he performed a root canal without me feeling ANY pain. Lab Technician & Inventory Specialist

As the Lab Technician, I feel that it is important to maintain a clean and organized endodontic practice. I ensure decontamination and sterilization of all instruments following OSHA protocol.

I’m also responsible for inventory control, weekly cycle counting, and product placement for efficiency. I track ordering discrepancies and manage the overall inventory data sheets.

In my free time, I like to adventure outdoors with my boyfriend and two dogs. I love being on the lake or kayaking on the river. Spending time with family is so important to me.

I am a dentist in Morgantown, WV. A Dentist isn’t any better of a patient then anyone else ( maybe worse!). He did my first root canal about 3 years a go and had it finished in 30 mins and completely pain free. He is one of the best clinicians that I’ve had the opportunity to work with. Root canals can be scary but when someone with his experience and abilities is available, you have much less to worry about.Dr. Frum

As the newest team member, my main goal is to make our patients feel as comfortable as possible in a clinical setting. I enjoy meeting new patients and I’m passionate about helping them enjoy their time in our office.
I graduated from the Dental Assistant program at Indianapolis Dental Assisting School and I’m excited to start my career with Greene Endodontics. In my spare time, I enjoy coaching and playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr Greene and his staff are amazing. I had to have a root canol done last Tuesday and today I still had some questions and I stopped in at the office and he answered my questions and told me I’m healing good.
